“We moved into our second house in February, 2010, only to find out the existing heat source pump wasn’t working at all. It took us a while to figure this out for several changes of seasons so I called Guardian Heating & Air Conditioning to come and replace our thermostat as we wanted a more efficient, digital one. Without saying anything the service technician took a look at our heat source pump to find out it wasn’t working at all due to antifreeze leakage. There was no efficiency at all. We had put in a new heat source pump in our first house so knew how efficient it was. The service technician came back with quotes and several options to choose from. Without rushing he took his time explaining what each unit does. He sharpened his pencil and once we chose our unit it was ordered and installed. There were three guys installing for one day and it was like they weren’t even there. They were tidy and cleaned up after. We would use them again and again. Thanks Guardian; you’re reliable and your service is A1!”

As a new resident and homeowner in Penticton, getting to know reputable businesses in the area has been challenging. When major heating and air conditioning work was required for my home, I awarded the job to one of your competitors. Unfortunately for me, the extreme poor quality of work done resulted in catastrophic failure less than a year later at the worst possible time of year. Unfortunately again your competitor was too busy to rectify their mistake and would not offer assistance of any kind to me, their new customer.
Desperate for help, I made a call to your business. Not only did you understand my situation completely, you also offered to send one of your best the same day! After the diagnosis was complete, a short term repair was quickly made to get me through a 37+ degree summer until further deficiencies could be rectified at a later date.

He went above and beyond expectations and his manner during the entire time was very friendly, adept and professional. Thank You for Our New Air Conditioning Unit
I passed by your office on 6 November to pick up an air conditioner cover that I had ordered and was surprised that you gave it to me gratis by reason of me being a military veteran. Thank you very much for this thoughtful gesture.
I did serve in the Canadian Armed Forces in Canada and overseas for 32 years and am a veteran of 7 tours of peacekeeping duty. I don’t expect anything extra from people for this and am always happy to pay my way. But I am pleased to accept this from you and will put it to good use in the coming years.
We are happy to report that the new Lennox furnace and air conditioner that you installed in our home earlier this year is working very well. They are a great improvement on the old units that we had and we can see that the gas furnace has made our home much more comfortable than it was.
